During the meditation, you imagine your difficult emotions as beings and feed the underlying longing. This act of kindness transforms inner demons into benevolent allies, life support.
In these online sessions, you may work with any difficult emotion around Coronavirus or something else. Explore how this radical practice of self-compassion can be a resource for you to have in everyday life.
Feeding your Demons is of great benefit when working with a wide variety of personal issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, addiction, relationship challenges and chronic pain.
The process is playful and interactive, shifting between meditation, movement, creative expression and dialogue.
